I traded my car in and they didnt pay it all off i still have a balance with the other finance company of 2086.00 and now they took 661.00 from my account with out my authorization. I was supposed to get my warranty back from my other car and they told me that it had to go to them so i wouldnt be charged the 661.00 i spoke to them about 2 weeks ago and told them they couldnt take out that money
