I had the same problem. I bought a sectional couch that was suppose to have scotchguard on it but it got stained anyway and I had the insurance on it so if it got stained they would come and clean it. Well, when I went it, the insurance only covered half of the couch not the whole thing so what good was having half the couch cleaned. So I ended up giving that away and now the bedroom set that cost me $10,000. The wood color on it is peeling off and they nor Ashley will do anything about it. I will never buy ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN. And recommend that no one else waste their good money on that name brand because you will wish you didn't before it is over with.
