I have no clue who this is, and out of the blue my card was charged this charge, from a company I had never heard of, nor used. I also have Centurylink, so I believe that this is something that may potentially have something to do with that not sure, I see more then one CenturyLink user... So that would lead to an assumption... Not blaming them in anyway just saying maybe something somebody should look into.
