The Wireless Shop.com has no so call customer service department. I brought a cell phone and service contract 20 months ago. The problem is the service contract got cancelled due my debit card got stolen. On the emails I kept recieving about payment problems I get an error that my account number is invalid or an dead end web site or a contact phone number that get you the same result.
