Racial discrimination

I was tryin to get an issue resolved with ms. Goldman over the phone and while raising her voice she stated" why u people can't understand sometime when it's been already explain to u" I was very disrespected and felt unappreciated. I feel that ms Goldman acted in a racial manner;she also stated that I was uneducated.
