Does not honor price quoted for "bundled" service tries to renegotiate services/fees

I initiated a call on 5/30 to an 800 number for at&t to ask about a home phone rate increase. I spoke with Isabel who offered a "bundle" of services for phone, internet and cable for $85/month to which I agreed. Upon my call back to at&t on 6/4 to confirm cost and installation I was informed that the actual cost of the services would be 125/month. I spoke with a supervisor Juan Harris and insisted that the 85/month rate be honored and was told that was not possible but was offered a $100 adjustment on my first bill, and the telephone conversation that I had with Isabel would be reviewed and a determination would be made. On 7/23 I spoke with supervisor Tom ID#AS606M and was told no review was being made or were noted on the 6/4 conversation and the Isabel was a contract worker working out of Texas and he could not access telephone recordings of the initial order. My complaint of at&t also dates back to November when the exact same situation occurred. At that time I was offered a "bundle" for 100/month and when I called to confirm pricing and installation it was requoted to $130/month. At that time I cancelled the order because of pricing discrepancy. This problem I am having with price changing at at&t is clearly a pattern with this company.in a matter of a few months I have twice had the same pricing problem. When I call to confirm a pricing increase or an offer of lesser services is proposed. I regard what is occurring as a bait and switch. I was also told that I should receive e-mail and mail confirmation of the order which I never have received. I have tried to resolve this issue thru phone conversations and have only resorted to filing a complaint after having a second identical occurrence of pricing discrepancy. Thank you to your attention to this matter and please contact me if I can offer additional information. I really think this must be addressed for protection of consumers.in addition I incurred a fee of $100 to cancel a contract with my cable provider in order to switch to at&t.
