PlanetCruise, cruise agents, cancelled my holiday on Adonia for January in December. I have tried the ATOL/ABTA route with NO resolution todate. If I now cancel th company will deduct 10% of my total balance as administration cost incurred but, I am requesting full refund as this has been going on since 7th January. Please could someone advise me on where I stand legally, as I now feel this is a matter that needs resolving ASAP, before the said company have anymore interest from my initial deposit paid on 12th July and finall balance paid on 12th September. I donot wish to book or do anyother business with this company, as I am not happy with how my complaints letters to them have been dealt with.
