Hello! I have been on line for many years now. I recently had an interest in tax lien sales and listened to John lane speak about why he is the latest and the greatest. I paid 218.00 to be able to attend his webinars. I then was informed my work load was going to double, so I contacted the company for a refund since I would not have the time to work that type of business. I agreed to them keeping 100.00 of my money. Since the end of June, I have made MANY attempts to contact his, so called, support staff. I have exchanged emails with "Mary" (I believe that is his daughter), and she reassured me I would be taken care of.instead of receiving a refund, my credit card was charged an ADDITIONAL 218.00! We all know the importance of "SUPPORT", but this company clearly does not have any means of support what so ever! PLEASE do not involve yourself with this company! They will get your money and you will get NOTHING in the way of support from that point on! In summary, this company is a TOTAL SCAM who is having problems with BBB's all over the country!
