I moved in 07/01 paying $190.00 for security deposit. I ended my leased on 07/03. I gave my notice of moving out in May 5.
I moved out on 07/30 I turned my keys in on 07/03.
I received a letter informing me that I owe $61.75 for some damages, drip pans on stove and a light switch plate damage. I contact the apt. Leasing specialist regarding my security deposit. MY question to her was once I paid the $61.75 when will I receive my security deposit. I was told the deposit covered a water bill which was not charged upon moving in due to they did not know how much I would use the first month. Also for pro rated cost for 07-thru 01/03.
