I was sourcing USB memory drives from China and found this company through Google. The website (www.pioele.com) all looked very professional and after checking their products I was contacted by Grace who communicated both through email ([email protected]) and Skype (pioeletec). After numerous emails sent back and forth to negotiate pricing and then artwork requirements we got to the stage where we requested a sample before placing the mass production order. Grace advised that the supply and shipping of 1pc is expensive so we paid a charge of $36 to receive it. Upon receipt we checked the quality of the sample, which was fantastic and everything worked fine. After evaluation of the sample we placed an order for 2000pcs, Grace stated that the goods needed to be paid for before shipping, we don't normally deal like this but as we had received the sample and the communication was very good we paid the $6,000 less $36 for the sample. Before shipping Grace sent us a photo of the packing after mass production so we knew that the goods were being shipped. Once we received the goods we checked the USB and none of them work, they either corrupt the information stored on them, dont store any information at all and take upto 30mins to transfer as little as 2MB. Since finding this problem Grace has never appeared 'online' on Skype and the website has been taken down. I have sent an email to Grace but no reply.
