I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Fashion shoes it is the art and did not receive anything from them. Their website indicates that it can take 10-15 business days to recieve your order. After 2 weeks had gone by, I filed a claim with PayPal indicating that I had not received the merchandise. PayPal closed my claim within 10 days stating that the retailer had provided them with shipping information. SHAME ON PAYPAL! How many claims does it take for PAYPAL to disassociate themselves from a Fraudulent company. To this date, I have never received anything from Fashion shoes it is the art. I am now fighting with my credit card company to have the amount credited to my account. Do not buy any thing from this company! After completing a google search on this issue I'm finding numerous complaints from January until todays date of people who purchased items from this website and paid via Paypal and either recieved nothing in the mail or they received a pencil, small shower cap, or an empty letter from china. IF PayPal continues to collude with scam artist like this they should be punished!!
