I paid £2.45. Postage on a free sample, this was taken out on 20th june the free sample still not arrived. On 9th july they took £149.99 out of my account without my permission to do so. They must be stopped from doing so. I need my money every penny counts. With them doing this to me, i now have to find money for my gas, electric, plus other. Life is hard without this happerning to me and others.
