The certain individual instructor (ronda adams) is very rude & unprofessional! Yelling, screaming & swearing at trainees during training on & off the road. Similar complaints from others in my class & students before. Unprofessionalism is very uncalled for & is unecessary. Ultimately she embarrassed me in front of my class when she yelled, & i quote "you cant pass the tests here so your kicked out, now leave, get out!" from the moment as i was leaving i thought of two things: 1. Continue on feeling how im feeling or 2. Do something about her behavior. I am looking to sue central refrigerated services for unprofessionalism.
