I got direct tv yesterday only for 6 hours, your stupid company shut off my service because of someone that lived in the house before had an outstanding bill. It is illegal to give me another person's bill even if the person has my same last name and is related to me. The house i bought was in an estate which i moved in and had service for 6 hours. I called your stupid service people only to be told they link my nephews account to mines and i only had your service for 6 hours. I talk to my attorney and this is a contract with direct tv, i went thru your steps with my credit was approved so you made a contract with me for 2 yrs of service and if i wanted to cancel i would have to pay you to cancel well now if my service is not back on no later that 5 pm today 7/18 my attorney will be filing a suit against direct tv and i will be getting paid by your company for shutting of my service for a bill i do not owe. I have also called the local tv stations who i know the people very well and they want to do my story so that everyone here in detroit metro area will know not to use direct tv because they do illegal things. I owe you nothing yet and like my attorney said to make contact with your stupid company and if they do not fix my service we are filing and not small claims court either. Also my nephew called and took total responsiblity or his bill yet your company still will not put my service back on, and i can assure you we are not going to small claims court either. Your customer service people are rude and if your a company that cares you know the customer is always right. I will be waiting to see if my service is back on by 5 pm michigan time if not my attorney said he has the paperwork all ready to be filed. I also read a lot of complaints on the internet about your company if i knew this i would of went with dish network i am sure they don't do the illegal things your company does.

And i also used up all my mins on my phone dealing with this crap with your joke of a customer service people. I also recorded them how rude they were to me and will be bringing that to court also if i have to take this action.
