WPD filed a false complaint on me due to a false report
of Aids/Hiv and assault and a Fugitive-Felon warrant issued
by Wilmington Police by Lisa Caldwell & her daughter Peije!
I was accused and not tried or convicted but all charges were
dropped and the Courts refused to vacate the Fugitive Felon
warrant. I was hospitalized due to trauma and severe depression
and charged over $50,000.00 in medical bills after spending
three days incarcerated and also three days in hospital
The VA has taken 80% Hero pay from me and I am currently
unable to work and pay my expenses due to this matter above.
I am injured further due to defamation of my character and loss
of Business Income and harrassment of the WPD whom sat on
the warrant for over 6 months causing a bill that VA is now taking
from my Hero Award! I feel wronged because WPD relied on the
complaint filed and the witness/supposed victims Lisa Caldwell &
her daughter Peije! The charges were said to WPD that Roland
has aids/hiv and he knows it! Noted by the complaining officer
in his report told to him by Lisa Caldwell and said in JPC #20 and
Superior Court and Court of Common Pleas and published in the
Local news paper (News Journal) and told to the Public!
My Business has been grossly affected and I am suffering from
severe losses totaling more than $117,000.00. This is not a
truthful matter which was placed against me.
I am not currently nor have I ever been diagnosed by any
Doctor or testing agency for the State of Delaware to have any
of this and all charges were dropped, yet I have been damaged
severely and still suffering from losses and depression and false
accusations and loss of business after serving more than 23
years developing and training for this business!
I am hurt and in tears everyday and have this continual problem
with WPD and State of Delaware any time I am stopped for anything
I am ticketed and harrassed for no just cause!
The Veterans Admin has not paid me my Hero Benefits due to this
wrongful accusation of a Fugitive Felon warrant for over 4 months
now! This is unfair and wrongful and I will not stop pursuing it!
Since 02/18 when this complaint was filed, I have lost nearly
all my investments and my Hero pay and the trust of my Community
Lisa has not apologized or paid anything but had my Health Insurance
cut off and laughs in my face and tease me about it all. Peije has
stated that Lisa pushed it and knew I would lose my Hero pay and
The VA has done this before to me w/o just cause!
I currently have severe issues trying to leave them be cause I want
them all dead! The VA writes in my medical records and continues to
report my attitude to other providers of care wrongfully!
Anyone would feel this way if wronged as such and I pray that GOD
Vindicate me and help to recover those losses and not allow them to
be a continual burden on me! Thanks for your time!
