I ordered some items for my kids as a surprise gift from JD SPORTS online, but to my shock and disappointment I never received them, so I decided to do some tracking only to alarmingly discover that the items were sent to a person who i have never heard of and to make matters worse the tracking notification stated that the person was suppose to be a neighbour! I waited for this person to come to my door but the so called neighbour that was on the tracking notes never appeared and when i knocked the door of my neighbours they stated that they have never seen any package for me! JD Sports company said they would investigate this matter but it has been a bit over two weeks and NO ONE has taken responsibility for this missing PACKAGE! I am extremely upset as I feel this Driver from Jd sports chosen from a company called Yodel, didn't even leave me a card or note through my door to state who the package was left with and what door number? This has led me to believe some sort of dodgy business has gone on here... I called Jd sports immediately explained my problem and got poor answers and responce... Jd sports has taken the money out of my account and I still have not received my package! I phone JD sports regularly as this has now become unbearably distressing... I promised my kids a few little items and now I am left with NO PACKAGE! I am so upset and stressed as I do not like people stealing or unprofessionally handling customers. Jd sports stated they will send the driver to my door resolve the matter but so far no one has turned up! Jd sports stated that they will investigate the driver and to see where the package is! And to my shock! The driver stated after I was told it was delivered to a neighbour that he delivered it to ME!!! This is fraud and theft clearly they said the person signed for it but I have never seen or signed for anything. I stated to JD Sports to send someone to my address so I could show proof of who I am and my signiture as I DO NOT TRUST TO SEND ANYTHING ONLINE TO JD SPORTS especially a scanned copy of my passport, I have lost complete trust in this company... Some one screwed up! And the Driver along with JD sports needs to be accountable for there actions I am in complete SHOCK and disbelief that this is happening to me, my kids are livid and I can't help to think how many people this is happening too! This has to STOP as I feel violated and discouraged to use internet shopping again: (
