I work in Australia. I ordered 2 pairs of sports shoes & clothes to my kids living in UK via this JD sports online site. It promised to deliver by new term.
They have charged my account within 3 days and not delivered it. I have emailed them and complained but just getting emails apologizing that they are looking for it but no one solves the issue.
I warn other innocent customers not to trust this UK company and it is a disgrace to online UK business companies.
