I received a msg to my cell while at work, sent "stop" to the company and it said you will not be charged for the services. Later I looked on my wireless account online and there were charges for 9.99. I called the "855#" listed and spoke with a CS rep. She stated they couldn't issue refunds. Asked to speak with a supervisor, sat on hold and told 3 separate times that the supervisor was busy. I informed her I would sit on hold until I spoke to him. She said that there would be a refund check issued that would take 10-20 business days and I was given a conf #. I rec'd both the Cs rep's ID and her supervisors name and ID.
