Guessology added my cell phone number to their list of customer without my permission and has been billing my cell phone provider. I would very much appreciate a credit for their bills since I have never authorized their services. If this complaint is not satisfactorly resolved I will report their company to watchdo.com. And may even pursuit legal actions.
