Because of complicated triple play billing by Frontier, I did not realize that I was getting a scam charge on my account of $12.95 monthly from Oct Jun. Frontier agreed to refund 38.80. I called ILD who agreed to refund the other $77.70. (fat chance). I wonder how many people have been scammed by this outfit? Would this be a great class action suit? I am going to try to recoup from Frontier since now that I look it up it is a seemingly well known scam. They should know better than to allow charges from an unknown outfit that can easily be checked to be a scam. Tried calling I Tech PC Solutions, the charging party (ILD is a billing service) at 1-888-568-6770, but guess what? All lines just ask you to leave a message. Not so funny!
