My friend's e-mail was hijacked and I received an e-mail from "her" which, of course, was from the bogus company. I also tried getting "on-line customer service" and also tried e-mailing. Finally got a reply (5 with the same info), nothing regarding the guarantee (if it started at the time of the order or when I received the order). I received a receipt from the company "thanking me for my order" and saying that I had been charged $109.94 for the product. Subsequently I checked my credit card and I was charged $111.87 along with $3.35 in foreign tax. I just read this product is illegal in the U.S., how is this stuff still getting in here and being advertised?
