Threatening Employee Needs to be Fired

At 11:58pm on July 16 (Paul Stewart announced the time over the PA, while hounding customers to leave the store), I was walking toward the line-up of about 20 people for the only cash that was open. A staff member, Paul Stewart, approached me and rudely ordered me to “get in line”. As I did not like his tone, I ignored him and continued walking toward to line-up, which was about 10 feet away. He then threatened to call his manager on me (perhaps because I continued walking without acknowledging him?) and initiated a loud argument with me in front of several others, even while I was standing in the line, as he had ordered. I have been to that location a few times in the past few weeks and each time, he badgered customers to hurry up; one of the less offensive things that he did was getting on the PA, counting down the seconds before he said that customers would no longer be allowed to buy their groceries; he always does this well before 12:00am.

This is in the middle of one of the most affluent areas of Toronto - not a place where I expect to be threatened by store employees while buying a few groceries.

If you are an employer and you ever encounter Paul Stewart (early-mid 20's, skinny, black, approx. 6ft tall) FIRE HIM! If he comes to you looking for a job, DO NOT HIRE HIM, because he will drive business away and cause you to lose money.
