I just spend my lunch hour waiting for a banker to transfer my CD that expired to my checking account. Sounds like an easy thing. There was only one banker in this branch and was told that tellers cannot do this transfer! Cannot do it by phone or through the online platform! This is so outdated and inconvenient that I will be closing all my Huntington accounts and going back to my credit union. My credit union will allow me to designate online where I want my money to go after a cd expires. I can also do this by telephone and do not have to go into a branch.in fact, with my credit union for 8 years I never stepped foot into a branch. At Huntington I have to go in all the time because they are so inconvenient. Banking should be easy and convenient to the customer! Other banks also have deposit by cell phone where u can take a picture of your check and deposit it to y our account. Huntington is steps backwards!
