We provided all the material requested to assist us in obtaining a loan modification and lost our money and didn't ever get a modification
Since money was taken from our retirement accounts to bring it current and stop the sale we were able to remain in our house. Wells Fargo cinues to increase our payment (now $3000/mo more than when we applied and won't consider a modification. We've lived here 27 years and my husband passed away 7 years ago.
Since my husband had no insurance it has been a struggle to stay here. Wells Fargo will not even attempt to help me.
