I tried to order a birth certificate for my son, they charged me then sent me to the state forms website. So basically they sole my money, and concerned as others that they have my card information.
I'm going to call the bank to see if I can dispute. I should know not to use my debit card online, will only use CC in future as it's easier to dispute.
