I purchased a pair of Puma on 07/02 from, I received a confirmation email from pay pal the same day and also a confirmation email from "Anne-shoes, Cheap Sandals & Slippers& Sneakers For Men & Women". The transaction was on my bank statement the next day 07/03. On 07/12 I sent an email to customer service (anne-shoes.com) to see what is going on, how come I didn't receive my package or at least get notified if there is a problem and why is it delayed. Today 07/13 I got no email back or my shoes. When I tried to find a phone number to call they only had posted what days and times you can call them but no phone number, then I start goggling for a phone number and saw that other people had problems with this web site. Very disappointed in PayPal for getting involved with this type of websites.
