I placed an order with their "going out of business". Placed order enough for two boxes, but they ran out of product and I only received one box. Charged for all materials and freight for two boxes. Received a letter stating should receive $45.00 refund for product by Jan 21... This did not deduct anything for shipping, only product. Never received reply nor received refund. Company that "purchased" Snowdrift Farm and send refund information was "Rancho de Nieve". So, I believe they are the ones responsible. $45 for product and approximately $36 in shipping should have been refunded.
