There was a charge from Envirotips 18557077758 on my US Cellular bill. I have not authorized any such charges. I don't even know what it is. The company is very hush on the phone with me and refuses to let me talk to the supervisor! I've been holding for 20 mins and the lady keeps coming back telling me her supervisor is unavailable! And I keep telling her I'll hold till hes available! They refuse to refund my money!
