Paid for Game Coins That Were Never Received, Want Refund

I bought coins and did not receive them, but they took my money. I would really like to have my money back, or the coins that I paid for.

I really enjoy playing games on Facebook, and there are some great friends on here too, so please fix my problem. Thank you.
