My family moved there in 2010 and moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom and we had to pay her a 150.00 transfer fee, after we paid her a 300.00 deposit a year before. She told us that we would get it all back in 90 days and we only got half of it back in 6 months. She told us that we couldn't get the other half back because we didn't get the rugs cleaned. We did and we had a reciept showing that we did. Here we are now in july and we didn't get the other half back. We also had our car and 12 others got broken into in one night. Some of our neighbors also had thier apartments broken into. So much for security. I broke our lease because we werent safe there any more and live in a better neighborhood now. I advise anyone to stay clear of austin pointe and look elsewhere. You get what you pay for. Featherstone condos is an awesome place to live. There are also Warner Robins pd police officers that live here. Good luck austin pointe and I hope you all loose alot more tennants
