Archives.com tricked me into a FREE TRAIL, then secretly charged me $49.90 for a records check. The charges were NOT DISCLOSED on the website during the process. I only realized there was a charge after I got a receipt emailed to me.
Two reps denied my request for refund... And they didn't even find the records that exist.
