I searched sites for purpose of finding several people for different reasons. I searched a site Records Base.com.
On 12/20 site offered a FREE 7 day TRIAL, I never saw the name INF Archives any where on the site. (could be cancelled anytime before the trial) and your card would not be charged and no other purchase was required".
I was unable to locate the records i searched. And cancelled via their website on 12/26. On 12/28 I noticed a charge of $47.88 referencing (12/27) date. On 12/28 I went back on the site and cancelled again and sent a email stating my that I cancelled before FREE TRIAL expired, as well as called to complain and get a refund, was only able to leave a message. On 12/29 I receved a email acknowledged my cancellation with a expire date of 12/27.
I have not received a repy to my complaint and no refund.
