Citibank uses a company based in OH. But also has an office in FL. I used to work there and was fired a month ago. For everyone that has a balance with them if you get a call from them you can file a complaint because there's a Federal Law FDCPA, first they need to verify they are speaking to the correct person, they don't do that and start telling whoever answers the phone your personal business, they also can't harrash you if you tell them not to call you and if they do is a violation, you can file a law suit against them and your debt will be paid. I I'm going to go public till citi takes the accounts from that company, I I'm going to publish every complaint all over so consumers can take legal action against them and their insurance will cancel with them, also just filed a complaint with the fdcpa, if you have problems witwh collections just contact them
