We bought a car April 5 from Asheboro Nissan in Asheboro, NC. We have made 2 payments on this car with another one due. We still have no tags for this car the paper tag we had ran out May 27th we were told on June11 that we had to park the car until they got the title straight with NC. This is not our error the only compensation we have been offered is to buy the car back. We have spent approx a grand on it the first month. We have a history with this car and nissan knows that. It is a 2002 Camero SS I ordered brand new in 2001.in late 2006 I sold this same car to a neighbor at the time. I regretted it, my husband has tried to find me another one but being a sports car I did not want to buy one that I knew nothing about. The couple that bought the car from me were very particular about their vehicles, so when I found out they had traded it at nissan I went and bought it back so selling it back is not an option and I feel that nissan should at least compensate me the payments and insurance I have had to pay while the car had to be parked and they refuse and say they can buy the car back. I don't see where we should have to pay for nissan and bank errors. They told us today it would be 3 to 10 days before we get a tag this is the 4 th time we have been put off. We feel this is bad business on their part.
