I ordered free sample of avilean and colon which I was happy to pay postage and packin... I cancelled this order, goods been returned, which I have reciept for recorded delivery and yet the company proceeded to go into my bank account and remove two payments of£69.95 for each product. A did telephone, which was through to America after the first payment came of my account because it had been cancelled... Not impressed at all with the customer service, the lady was so patronisin and I stated in that conversation that the order had been cancelled and I was not givin authorisation for ur company to take any more money from my account and wanted refunded what had been taken, but no, you proceeded to take another payment from my account. I myself own a business and certainly wouldnt treat customers in this manner... My account has been cancelled within my right and well within your timescale. A want my money refunded, being the two payments of £69.95 back into my account A.S.A.P... And will recommend to anyone not to use your company
