I signed in to pay for some free bids i had won and paid by debit card, I cancelled the account the day I looked in my bank account and saw they had took £59.99 out of my account, I called them on christmas day and cancelled my account with them, they said that there was a £28 cancellation charge which i expected, and they would refund me the £31.99 back into my account. On the 26th January they took out another £59.99 out of my account, I called them immediately and they said that the account had not been cancelled, lucky for me they sent me emails to verify I had cancelled my account and apologised and said it would be refunded, I still had not received the £31.99 from the previous money, they again sent me emails to say that it was put forward to be manually paid, still nothing, then the £31.99 was put into my account on the 2nd of March 2months after cancelling but still not received the £59.99 which they took from my account after it was cancelled. I have called them over 10 times now regarding this and i get the same answer the refunded has been issued. I am so pleased that they record all their calls. I reveived an email from their supervisor on tuesday 13th March saying the refund would be in my account in 5-7 business days, well guess what it still not there. I am fed up of calling them and telling them I am taking them to court that I am now taking this company to court now as they have failed to return money that they unlawfully took from my account. Is it not funny, a company can take money out your account straight away but getting it back takes months... Hows that then???
