I seen an add on the tv stating turn in your old cell phone for cash, contact them through their website, they quoted me $129.00 with their promotion code, I got the prepaid box on the 05.28.2012 send the four phone back to the the next day, they received them on the 06.18. and check was to be sent out according to there records and it was stated on the 06.20. it funny I got one of the devices that they did not want, but no check was enclosed. I have been calling Totem every other day, the voicemail states I have called after hours, it does not matter what time of the day I call I get this recording.
You can only internet chat with them, if you email them you will not get an answer. I thought this was a honest company but all I am getting is the runaround and the phones that got were in excellent condition that was sent to them, now I am out of $100.00.
Hopefully, someone will check into this and maybe one year I will received my money as promise, Hellototem is not a company I would recommend you are better off that your old cell phones and donating them to the batter women abuse center, or donating them to the soliders or selling them on ebay, amazon yourself, I will never make this mistake again.
