Cancelled this last month, but am being REBILLED of my refund, 3-19-12. Nobody can reach a live agent. Call THIS NUMBER if EXPERIAN is rebilling you over and over. 1-877-481-6826. Or call 1-224-698-5600, choose option 3, then choose option 2, and you should get a live person.

Spoke to cel she cancelled and advised this is non refundable.
