Lucky for me I checked my Visa statement online a couple of days ago. I noticed two charges from this company on my statement. One for 5.95 and the other for a whopping 39.95. Each charge was only a couple of days apart. I have tried at least twenty or thirty times to call the number listed and all that happens is I get an option for customer service, which I choose, get put on hold for three minutes and then asked to leave a message. I cannot get a live operator no matter what option I choose. Since I did not know what the product was until I did a reverse phone lookup on the internet, I surely didn't know what to cancel. I did, however, leave messages, but of course I have not received a return call. Now that I know what they sell I am absolutely sure that I never ordered anything from them! It is ridiculous and I want answers - more importantly, I want my money!
