My husband checked the bank and they had took money out iv never heard of these so why would i give them money iv never set up any account and it says it was a card purchaes on the bank statement the bank is doing a fraud invistigation but we want our money back we dnt have alot have two kids im realy unhappy n will take it further plz can u help plz
