Mr. Carey called with Air Conditioner problem & our Tech went out & found the inside A-Coil had several leaks, as the system was old. Suggested it needed to be replaced. The Tech quoated him an estimate of the total job cost, & was instructed to do the work. It was scheduled & on that date Mr. Carey called to re-schedule.
After the work was completed Mr. Carey was in a hurry to leave, & the Tech came back to the office. When the statement was billed, we never heard anything from the Careys. It was very apparent that he was ditching the payment.
Our office notified the land owner, since Mr. Carey was buying the property, that a lien was being placed on the property for non-payment. I got that call! Him & his wife have yet to contact me & claim they have tried several times to get ahold of us, but I have not gotten any messages left from them on the machine, they also claimed the work wasn't satisfactory, & they hadn't gotten any statements.
I never got anything I mailed them back from the USPS telling me it was a bad address. I have been in touch with the orginal property owner & have discussed this with them so they are up to date on the events.
