I thought I was dealing with another cite and it turns out that it was CBK2C.com. I was for an online business. I provided my infomation but theses guys did not provide me with a product. Then I contacted the company and they responded this way.

I responded and told them that I didn't get a download and they responded to me the same way.
Avoid this site and watch for them when looking at a online business.
