They just don't want to refund. Even though they have a refund policy!

I recently purchased membership at www.themoviedownloads.com/

Firstly, I received a bill without even agreeing to or proceeding to buy. And secondly they provide a 100% guaranteed refund policy, as long as the request is within 60 days. I have not yet tried their software, nor do I really want too. The payment was accidental, so I requested a refund.instead, to be very tricky and sly, they replied to my email with a guide, a guide on using their software.

Its a deceiving way to tip toe around refunding the purchase. I have replied and sent them another email, but I expect the same reply. As a warning, I would like to warn everyone, who will think about or accidentally buy membership to note, that their refund policy seems to me to be fraudulent. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
