No response of the complaint

Dear Sir,

I like to attract your attention to the fact that, I had purchased two machine of your company "ROBOCLEANZ ", I am sorry to say that one of your machines was not working since day one, other machine was worked for about three months and stopped working,

I made a complaint to the company they repaired the machine and send it back to me after one month, again it stopped working, now after the repeated complaints nobody turned up pick up the machines for repairing, as they said the spare parts are not available with them.

After waiting for long time of around 10 months, Finally I decided to go to the consumer courts because after spending so much money nobody from your company take any action.

Please replace both of my machines with new ones with in a week. Or else face the obscurity of consumer courts.
