We purchsed Internet machines on 3-18-03. Nationwide said they would find a location for our machines. They didn't do that. They said it only requires 1 hour per week per machine to maintence them. That was a misrepresntation. We had found the machines were breaking down constantly. With other day time jobs and there technical support only being available during our other day time jobs.
They said we could make $2,000 per month per machine. So spent $49,000 for 4 machines and have found a average of $70 a month coming in for all 4 machines together. They tell us all the hidden cost that would be involved and they didn't tell us of the cost that would come afterfirst year with info touch each month.
We have not recieved a phone call from them in over 3 months. They said they would have a locater contact us and we still have not heard nothing. Our machines now sit in storage and we need help in going after these rip-off artist.
