I bought 20 Easy cup 300 machines and have had to return 11 of them so far to have them repaired. They are continuously blowing fuses and or burning up.
The only thing that has saved me with my customers is that I have had extra machines to take out and replace the bad one with. I have even replaced a bad machine and had to go out the very next day and replace it again with another machine.
But the downside is that I have machines I can't place in any account due to me having to hold them until the next one breaks down. I was told once the Warranty runs out I will be responsible for shipping and repair. So I can see a big problem coming down the line once this happens.
I think this is a great concept and is worth the endevor. But I don't feel this is the machine to do it with. If anyone has a better Commercial pod Espresso Machine please let me know.
