The picture on my APEX Digital 32HDTV LD3288T (purchased 2/26) went out 6/26. I called as the materials instructed.
Numerous calls have gotten nowhere. No emails with the shipping label for FedEx to pick up. I have written down each call and conversation. I have tried to be pleasant and professional as much as possible. I tried talking to a supervisor/manager, if that's what I he was, I have emailed APEX "customer service". I have put in complaints to the BBB, Consumer Affairs, FTC.
No one should be treated like this. I want the entire cost of the TV refunded to me even though I bought it on sale for $199.99.. It's hardly what it's really costing me for rearranging my busy schedule and waiting at home for two days for FedEx to pick up the TV which sits here in the original box.
