On 11/08 we purchased A Kenmore HVAC unit from sears. During the winter of 2009 our utilities were in the $500 Dollar range for the winter. The prier year when first installed they were less than half that. It took Sears months to resolve. On June 29th the ac unit quit cooling. Now Sears is telling me parts are not avabile from the Manufacture. I did purchase a Master Protection Plan which I understood it to be, if replacement was necessary. I would like the unit replaced or a refund of the purchase price of $8250.00. I was told by a customer service person that the unit was old. Really not the service I expected... From Sears
