If you can avoid getting a loan through these chumps, do! Horrible customer service. My account was disabled and after 20 minutes of being on the phone with the "customer service" team, I'm still trying to explain to the person assisting me what that means. They have no idea what they are doing, and the fact that none of them speak english is a huge contributing factor. This company presents itself nicely, but it's only because they're paying someone cheaply in a third world country to run their business.
