We have had nothing but issues with the extended warranties. We paid good money to make sure our items would be taken care of if anything happened. So far, we have had to call for service on both our TV (3 times) and Dryer (once).in every case, we had to way a delayed amount of time to get service. I will NEVER buy from HH Gregg again!!!
